Production time
Custom orders typically enter production within 1 business day of proof approval. Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days; specialty finishes and large orders may take longer. Wholesale material orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Transit time
Transit time is separate from production and depends on the carrier and service you choose at checkout (typically USPS or UPS). Estimates are provided during checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your package is picked up. You can also view live status on your Order Status page.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Corrections after shipment may incur additional charges. Packages returned undeliverable will be re-shipped once you confirm the corrected address; return shipping is non-refundable.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the carriers estimate, email hello@printsociety.co with your order number so we can file a claim and arrange a reprint or refund.
International
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping, contact us for a custom quote.
