Print Society Co. (we, us) provides wholesale printable materials and custom print services. This policy explains what we collect from customers and website visitors, and how we use it.

Account and contact information you provide (name, email, phone, shipping and billing address), order and payment metadata (order ID, amounts, receipt links - we never store full card numbers; payments are processed by Square), artwork files you upload for printing, and basic site analytics (page views, referrer, device type) used to improve the site.

To fulfill and ship your orders, provide proofs and customer support, send transactional email (order confirmations, invoices, proof approvals), operate the Society Credit rewards program, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers required to run the business - payment processing (Square), email delivery, hosting and analytics - and only as needed to perform those services. We do not sell your personal information.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails (order and account notices) will continue while you have an active order.

We retain order and invoice records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Uploaded artwork is retained to support reprints and warranty; you can request deletion after your order is complete.
