Printing Process

  • Every decal is printed on wide-format UV-cured latex presses at 1200 dpi with edge-to-edge full color, then laminated for scratch, weather and UV protection.
  • Prints are cut to your exact height and width. Two-sided decals are printed as two aligned layers with an opaque block-out core so both faces read at full opacity.

Material Specs

  • Standard vinyl — 3.2 mil calendared adhesive vinyl, permanent clear adhesive, for interior or exterior glass.
  • Perforated vinyl (see-through) — 50/50 perf pattern, bold from outside and see-through from inside; ideal for storefront windows you still want to look out of.
  • Block-out vinyl — gray adhesive backing stops light and background bleed-through so colors stay true.
  • Two-sided vinyl — printed both sides with a block-out core, readable from inside and out.

Sizes & Finishing

  • Custom sizing from 1" up to 60" wide and 120" tall in a single panel. Larger graphics are tiled into panels with a 1" overlap.
  • Finish options: gloss laminate, matte laminate, or unlaminated for short-term interior use.
  • Applied from outside as standard, or reverse printed for inside-glass application.
  • Rated for up to 4 years outdoors; indefinitely indoors.

File Submission Specs

  • JPEG / PNG — set to actual decal size at 300 dpi, RGB color mode, no compression.
  • PSD / PSB / TIFF — actual decal size at 300 dpi, RGB, layers flattened to a single background layer.
  • PDF / AI / EPS — actual decal size, RGB or CMYK, all linked images embedded, text converted to outlines, strokes expanded.
  • Larger files can be zipped and shared through any non-password-protected cloud file service.
